Agape for Youth, Inc. (“Agape,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it.

Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Phone number and topic are optional. We use that information only to respond to your inquiry and route it to the right staff.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, we may see your IP address and use it for a short time to limit spam. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics on this site.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Cloudflare receives the form challenge token and your IP address for that check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The site sets a session cookie so the contact form can check that the submission came from this page. That cookie is necessary for the form. You can refuse cookies in your browser; the form may not work if you do.
How we share information
Your message is emailed to Agape staff through a third-party email service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect a child, a family, or the agency.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information, call us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept as ordinary business records so we can follow up. You can ask us to correct or delete a message you sent by calling the office.
